I am assuming that it is a 1960s Teisco based on the style and the fact that it was made in Japan. From any distance the guitar looks like it is in great shape(the blemishes are not overly noticeable) the only identifying markers on the guitar are two stickers on the back of the headstock that read"steel reinforced neck" and"made in Japan. scratches here and there from normal use-slight discoloration on the back of the guitar in a couple of places-notwithstanding the aforementioned blemishes. Though the tone control seems to basically have two settings-dark or bright. It features a single coil pickup with 1 volume and 1 tone control-beautifully simple. This Japanese vintage guitar is in overall good condition.
